HELP I have an addiction!
I have been a buy & hold investor for over 13 years now. As many landlords are, I am cash broke but asset rich. I keep telling myself I won’t buy anymore deals and focus on building up a cash reserve for a rainy day but every time a great deal comes by I am drawn towards it and end up buying it.
I am sure many can relate to my situation. Would love to hear how others are helping recoup from this “bug” we all have? At what stage does a seasonal investor stop buying and start saving.
