Just call an exterminator, eat the bill and move on.

I made a conscious choice to turn what could have been a mountain that crushed my desire into a stepping stone that compelled me to learn more and more.

@Sarah Marie Streed I just listed one - come to my open house today at 11am at 2729 N Downer, a stone throw from cafe's, shopping and eating. 

I have a will but the title company says it needs to go through probate and will cost me 1-2k but there's no money in this place and even as a realtor it's eating all the commission.I called an attorney and numerous title companies and they all agreed it has to go through probate. now I'm faced with 3 options.

Or I eat the asking price, try and get a few bucks off and continue with my 5% as this will be my primary residence.  

They can fit between very tiny spots and will eat their way in.

Keep an eye of city ordinances on STR, the local government may get backlash from hotels if STR is eating into their business.
