How to get rid of mice in the rental property?

The new tenant has found mice problem in my rental house which has recently been completely renovated. She has set up 18 traps and still sees mice activities.

Any suggestions for good products? Traps, electronic repellent, spray? No experience in dealing with mice myself. Thank you!

Personal experience here. Are your tenant's leaving a lot of food out? Are there any obvious signs where mice could be getting in? I would check inside and outside of the house for anything obvious. They can fit between very tiny spots and will eat their way in. You can follow the droppings in some cases. Mice reproduce quickly and will likely continue to find ways in until you cover up the point of entry. Of course, hiring a professional works too if that is more cost/time effective.
