I am a buy and hold investor, MF and apartment complexes.

I am currently renting a 1 bed/1bath unit for myself in a high rise apartment complex for around $2,400/month (rent, pet fee, water, trash, sewage, utilities, and cable.) my lease is up February 1st.  

It's a complex situation, but I would appreciate some feedback so I can decide which direction to go.Thanks,Armand.

Hello BP Family,I have a 10 unit apt complex in a small town near San Antonio.

He owns currently 17 shf properties (all paid for) and is looking at a small apartment complex (10+ units under 500K).

I am looking for my first multi family complex.

My initial goal/strategy is to buy and hold C-B property scaling my way up to medium then large sized apartment complexes.
