Hi everyone,

I'm moderating a panel for an event on Sunday and we are compiling questions for a panel of Multifamily Syndicators and Student Housing specialists.  I am coming to BP to ask what kind of questions would you want answered if you were at the event?

Thanks,

Kyle Mitchell

@Kyle Mitchell - I'm looking at a student housing complex in my area.  Often lenders (specifically Fannie and Freddie) look for student housing experience on both the ownership and the management side.  Would financing through a local bank and then refinancing to agency debt satisfy Freddie and Fannie experience requirements?  If so, how long would they like to see us hold before refinancing.
