Our long term goal is to 1031 exchange our duplexes and keep moving up in size to apartment complexes and commercial spaces.Recently a friend came across some (very) good fortune and won the lottery.  

Big red flags are a whopping bill to an apartment complex, or to the power company. 

Knowing a software, learning the features, benefits, workarounds and a quick answer is important.

I have a day job as well so it adds a layer of complexity to investing.  

Half of the complex was Section 8.

Their new search feature makes narrowing down properties pretty easy.

I am not sure I would dedicate an entire room to the hounds but I could see adding a few features to make life easier.

I know laws seem easy when you read them, but the actual practices often are much more complex.

On the Cape I can see 2 possible scenarios, 1) Have a similar ban because they don't want to have vacation rentals in their complex or 2) No such restriction since so many people might want to do that.  

I wish one of the features of being a Pro member was the ability to turn off the stupid noisy ads on every bloody page in the forums.
