Hello Bigger Pockets,I just completed construction on a 2-flat which was built on an empty lot. 

I would have sold it primarily to avoid the upcoming capex of the roof and eventually the galvanized plumbing…Now, Luckily the money I’ve set aside for vacancy, capex, etc. from rents will cover the roof cost.

So I would fill out the complete section and have the backup docs if they ask.

I know others on here will completely disagree with me and there is no right answer, but I am a fan of using leverage as long as it isn't maxed and if instead of the upside being immediate, it is a snowball instead.

I think that leaves you looking at long-distance investing, which is completely doable.

I completely agree with this.

It’s a complete waste a time, money, and energy if you don’t talk with them.Don’t over think this.

We are just completely unsure how to structure a deal where we both benefit.
