The overall opinion I hear about gripes with cleaners are -Not timely, which is crucial on doubleheader turnaround days.Difficult to communicate with, and I speak Spanish as well but still struggled to get timely responses when I needed.Bad reputation for theft ( I have never experienced this)Bad reputation for Language Barrier ( Again, I have not personally experienced this)Interested to see if anyone has any unique input and possibly any suggestions.

There are all kinds of people out there and some not all are scam artist thinking they can milk the insurance company but in reality the insurance only covers the property and loss of life in a catastrophe not the belongings of the tenant so sorry for this long post but I would encourage landlords to communicate with their tenants of potential loss of personal belongings will not be covered and also go over your policy to insure information.
