Charleston SC Area Cleaner Poll

Hey everyone, long time reader first time poster. 

I have a Single Family STR in Mount Pleasant that is doing well and am looking to add some more properties to my portfolio overtime (Not currently interested in massive scale).

My sister who is currently a Teacher is leaving teaching this year and working to figure out her future path. I currently use her as the cleaner and manager for my STR. I've always known she is an incredible organizer and cleaner. Long story short, Im suggesting that she start a Cleaning company to focus on STR and New home Punch out cleaning. She is very interested in the Idea and had some questions I figured you guys would be a perfect audience for.

1. What are your biggest gripes about your current cleaner?

2. What does your current cleaner do that really takes them above and beyond?

3. Do you notify them of a schedule of checkouts or do you have to contact them individually each time?

The overall opinion I hear about gripes with cleaners are -

Not timely, which is crucial on doubleheader turnaround days.

Difficult to communicate with, and I speak Spanish as well but still struggled to get timely responses when I needed.

Bad reputation for theft ( I have never experienced this)

Bad reputation for Language Barrier ( Again, I have not personally experienced this)

Interested to see if anyone has any unique input and possibly any suggestions. Obviously if someone is looking for a cleaner feel free to reach out to me and I can connect you to meet up or have a phone call with her. She is 30, Masters degree, Math Teacher for 8 years and is looking to have a bit more freedom in regards to schedule. Have multiple people than can work with her for larger jobs. She currently cleans my house with another person. 

Thanks in advance for responses. I'm a good reference for almost any other trade in the Charleston Market if anyone is looking for other references for contractors/subs etc. Been in the construction supply industry for my whole life.
