@Terrence ConleyI have not tried but I plan on using cozy for rent collection, For rents in your area I would reccomend, going on Craigslist and typing in your area with same number of bed/bath and within a 1 mile zip code.

It seems pretty straight forward, request and escrow account, have the investors formulate an agreement for property manager to draw funds and have an agreement signed between investors and property manager (Who will be collecting monthly rents).

How many units are you servicing,, you could lease the washer / dryer from a coin op center, they do repairs and charge you a fee for service, you collect the money.. not a huge money maker but no headaches and no repairs.
