That said, I would like to explore a path to using Big Data (and even visual data tools like Tableau/QlikView) to disrupt this market....Does anyone have any proofs of concepts or any Lessons Learned to share?

We are kind of out of idea's so I hope someone who a fresh mind can maybe point something out we aren't seeing or maybe share a similar story.

Should i still take some of their security deposit if the place is in decent shapeShould i share with them the fact that i need to occupy the place for a cheaper home loan loosing leverage?

If that goal Is best accomplished by sharing this piece of InformatIon, then they can.The National Association of REALTORS Code of Ethics is silent on the disclosure of highest offers specifically, but does say this:Standard of Practice 1-15REALTORS®, in response to inquiries from buyers or cooperating brokers shall, with the sellers’ approval, disclose the existence of offers on the property.

She then owned that property for 20 years and Bob paid her fair share of the rents.
