However, we had a pipeline going from years already syndicating as well as investors.The hard costs of getting up and running were about $5000 for the software/site development and $10,000 legal fees for PPM, Operating Agreements, Investor Subscriptions, SEC Reg D filings, and 10 state filings, and general legal consultation as to best way to set up operations and or compliance issues.

Read quite a bit too and feel a lot better now and believe I want to jump in the real estate wholesale niche to begin with and then gradually based on the experience & the type of deals I obtain, transition into fix & flip.But before I do that, I am a guy who likes to be prepared, have a strong business plan in place, processes in place, growth processes, manuals ready on what needs to be done and how etc etc...I would like to find out about what are the different software's out there which you pro's are using?
