Software, Processes & More...

A shout to all the pro's out there! Any advice would be much appreciated.

I've been on BP for about a week or less. It's been a great resource so far. I am totally hooked to it and ended up watching almost all the podcasts in the last 3 days. Read quite a bit too and feel a lot better now and believe I want to jump in the real estate wholesale niche to begin with and then gradually based on the experience & the type of deals I obtain, transition into fix & flip.

But before I do that, I am a guy who likes to be prepared, have a strong business plan in place, processes in place, growth processes, manuals ready on what needs to be done and how etc etc...

I would like to find out about what are the different software's out there which you pro's are using? Benefits of one over the other? Any product that you use for automation and streamline everything from point A to Z? Basically, I am looking for something that I can use to integrate all the software's and processes together and the business can be run virtually from anywhere. Something that I can use and benefit in the long run and I don't have to get tied down doing everything manually and individually. In short, a total automation system.

Also, if someone could give me an insight into the Houston market (including suburbs) outlook at present and what do you pro's forecast in the next 6 months?
