Does website like realtytrac or foreclosure.com useful for such purpose?

They have yet to show me a compelling reason to join when you visit their website.

I pulled the property up on the Dallas Appraisal website and found the owners name and saw that he was living at another address.

Check out the information on the websites, check out their videos, FAQs, blogs, check-out references or testimonials, message the testimonials people via FaceBook, and ask around in REIAs,  Google transactional funding and go down the list.  

I use these images for my business page on facebook, linkedin, yelp, website, mailers, etc.
