Finding the owner of an abandoned home!!!!!

Good afternoon investors! I recently found a boarded up home that was completely abandoned Dallas. There were no real estate signs promoting a sale or contact information anywhere. I pulled the property up on the Dallas Appraisal website and found the owners name and saw that he was living at another address. Problem is that the address listed for the owner was not a real valid address. I've never been in this situation. The only thing I can do is skip trace the owner with the very little information that I have. Please feel free to comment which companies you have successfully used to find owners and your experience and also the price or subscription you paid. Hopefully other investors also find this helpful. Thanks for the help guys!
