I agree that vacancy may be low given it's a student rental (assuming there is strong demand in the area) but there will always be some vacancy.What updates have been done to the property?

Since I was in Texas and planned on staying there I found out that I was qualified to take a test and get a broker license in real estate so I took the test and got the license even though I never did that full time.Regardless of what I had I felt more comfortable in the construction business.
