Ask the master HOA for their documents, meeting minutes, proof of coverage for your property, etc., search your title to see if the master HOA is required or optional for your property, or aged out of existence, ask your neighbors about it.Ask your title insurance if they are legitimate.

I have my real estate license, manage my properties, lease renewals, maintenance issues, landscaping, etc, and have no social life lol -- i feel like since i work more than 40 hours outside of my 40 hour corporate job I should be able to... thoughts?

I’ve never understood the societal norm of working in the same job or industry for 40 years, retiring at 65 only to live off a merger pension and social security.
