Once you have a shortlist, sign up for an account with each one and test them extensively to see how they function.

For example, it could be a matter of capacity that they dont have time to take on the extrta effort right now for a foreclosure like this or maybe they need to find these people to serve them properly.

@Kevin Duong Many places, Biggerpockets included put out lists of the “Best Markets of 2024” for example.

See what you're comfortable with and then you just gotta commit to narrowing yourself to 1 or 2 markets or you'll be in decision paralysis forever!
