Does anyone here focus on Orlando or central FL more broadly for wholesaling? 

I didn't realize that I would need to go down to the branch in person to wire money when it was a more substantial amount.

Like anything worth doing, real estate is a difficult but worthwhile endeavor that requires a lot of discipline, time and a lot of savings when you are first starting out. 

Flips literally come with thousands of small decisions, and if the decision maker isn’t on site to oversee those, you will likely show up and have a lot of “that’s not the way I wanted it” type of results.  

As @Mark Miles mentioned, Option B will have a lot of hidden costs and likely hidden time-consuming repairs.

You will get a lot of "oh, maybe I should introduce you to..." - and, boom, now you have at least leads.

For the money you will pay to invest on the 1600 block of N 27th street, you are better off buying in Germantown/East Mount Airy where the fundamentals are better or spending more to be in a better neighborhood.
