@James Masotti I remembered a while back you made the suggestion that the east side of Wilmington could see a turnaround if the new Police Chief (correct me if I'm wrong here) could implement a plan to correct the issues going on over on the east side of Wilmington.

A lot of people I talk to have done a lot to educate themselves, but when it comes to implementing what they learned in their own business they get stuck. 

There are a few different ways that I’m looking to implement strategy #2.One is to use the cash to buy as much as I can free and clear.
