I am closing on a house and family member of the owner is living there, who has no lease, or should be in the house once I close.

EDIT - The house itself is a bit boring IMHO.

From my limited political understanding, the House included 100% bonus in a bill from February but it is stuck in the Senate.

No house is perfect at some point you'll need plumbers, electritions, Hvac repairmen, etc.

We just helped some clients with construction financing in the area and my dad built a few houses in Lehigh Acres years ago.

Is there a city that people do section 8 in that has houses for 100k close to turn key and also are high enough rents to match the voucher and take full advantage of that amount?

I'd like to start building the first house and go from there.
