I Own 15 Residential Lots & Looking to Get Started (Hot Springs Village, Arkansas). They are all buildable lots between .25 and .3 of an acre each. Some are in established neighborhoods. They are located in Hot Springs Village, one of the largest gated resort communities in the country. I'd like to start building the first house and go from there. New houses don't last long there, always getting snatched up quickly. I'm looking to get started.
