Hey all, This weekend I attended a real estate investment intro seminar hosted by Kris Kirschner.

I spend a lot of time researching online, as well as regularly attending my local REIA club meetings.

I have read a few books and attended a few seminars on the matter but they are not what I am looking for.

I have attended one NWREII meeting but haven't been able to find their site until now.

You can attend similar conferences, network and otherwise cooperate on the marketing.

I am a real estate agent in the denver/aurora/parker area, id love to see if we can work something out.

He's going to be going to school at Kent University, which is about a 15 minute drive from the properties we are eyeing, and once I get back from my second deployment to Iraq (We are both in the Army - though he is getting out to get his degree and become an officer), I'll be attending to Akron to get my degree.

It's been a looooong time ago, but back in the '80s in Houston I got my RE license (strictly as a way to get to physically attend the weekly RTC auctions).
