I've been cruising the site all morning, and I can't believe the amount of knowledge and advice available. I have been interested in RE for quite some time and have some book knowledge, but I totoally lack hands on. I would like to find someone in my area that could act as a mentor and let me follow them around to soak up information. Even if it is as a birddog. I do have my RE license and I signed on with a RE/Loan company a few months ago, but I feel I have a world of knowledge at my fingertips and am not sure how to put it in action. If there is anyone out there that would like to be a mentor, please contact me.

Thank you for all the wonderful posts I've seen so far!
