We take a weekend, drive down, inspect and fix the things we can fix, then schedule repairs for any big things we can't.

So I will be looking at a home this weekend where apparently a woman passed away in it sometime in July of last year.

I believe you can get the roof done cheaper and to reside with vinyl is cheaper and you can easily do that yourself in a weekend.

In the meantime, I just put bandit signs out for the first time this weekend and sent my first round of yellow letters to absentee owners last week.

I used to be in a group of weekend snowmobilers and I told a broker friend of mine not to invite me out with this guy if our wives came along because I just didnt feel like exposing her to his negative character. you have to be real careful who you get info from they dont lead you down the wrong path morally.

I drive to Racine, Wi almost every other weekend for my rentals that I have there. plus through the Milwaukee and Whitefish Bay areas looking for more properties.
