Operating agreements are complex and are usually very specifically drafted for your specific type of business arrangement. 

Look everyone goes through rough times but the clear solution is: if you knew you weren't going to be able to pay for your living arrangement is for you to simply move out and find a more affordable living arrangement but you didn't do that.

Ultimately I'd hope to start flipping properties (as this is what sparked my interest in real estate) but at this point in my career transitioning from renter to property owner is my primary goal.Obviously, each strategy is completely different, and presents its own set of challenges, but for someone who is flexible, not tied down to a particular area, and open to any living arrangement, does one approach stand out to those of you with experience in the industry?

And I have plans to expand my use of co-living arrangements by creating an in town 20-bedroom 24-bathroom tri-plex.   

The arrangement is the same....work on the property, expenses, and profit are split straight down the middle, 50 / 50.When it comes time to doing taxes, I give all of the paperwork to my CPA. 

It was filed this morning stating defendant owes plaintiff $X,XXX with interest plus court costs (not defined amount) and that the defendant should make arrangements to pay the plaintiff directly.
