If there is a packaged solution you have to be able explain why it is the right way to go.Are you funding or otherwise offering trips for a field inspection.

(I scheduled it that way, so I only drive out once) I burned gas to get to both homes, so I spent maybe 10 dollars, round trip.

Tie it to a trip to fixup the punch list and it's less inconvenient.

My primary place to be moved two hours east and made the trip twice the length and not fun.  

And the only one we handle ourselves had no problems for months (even stopped in to make sure no problems a week before), right up until the day after we left the country for his 50th birthday trip.

If you're unsure about an area, you can always take a field trip and "case out" the area and see how it looks, or another good idea is to get some advice, like maybe from another broker in your office.
