Hi everyone. I'm not sure whether or not I have signed up here before, but this is the time I have a reason to.
Some of you might know me.
I've been around specializing in real estate web development, search engine marketing, consulting and branding of real estate businesses online.
I now have a client who builds homes in Costa Rica and I'm trying to find more information on what you guys think can be done to attract investors or homebuyers before the homes are being built. He owns the land, but doesn't have enough funds to get it all going.
The property is overlooking the ocean, beautiful place and there will be 18 houses built.
Any advice would be appreciated.
I am building the site right now and there will be pictures and videos of the property, the area and plenty of info.
Will be looking thru the forum in a minute and see if I can find some inspiration here.
Funny, I've had this forum listed in my directory for a couple of years, but just now found it again thru Google.

Mike
