We have visited the properties (200+ residential apartments at each location) ourselves and they are doing well.

I visited w/a top 20 U.S. self - storage provider last week and was very impressed with what they have been able to accomplish.

Instead of heading to the big box store, search online for old items people are selling or visit a garage sale.

Great question as Baltimore has a unique ground rent setup.

I got a call from the licensing place in Nevada and they said to visit mld.nv.gov and get approval for the name through them.

I have found some networking groups on Meetup, I'll be visiting them as well!
