@John Hickey I'm making my second trip up to Newburgh this weekend.

They will charge extra for extra trips to inspect if work is like this, and possibly start looking at other stuff.

I am thinking about buying a 3 Unit MF house within 1 hour of train/bus commute to NYC for about 300-400k.

My parents moved to Florida about five years ago and I'm having them poke around their area.I need to narrow it down to a handful and then will take some trips.

Also install bright motion-sensor spotlights all around the property that trip whenever someone stands on the corner (protect by placing in hard to reach locations, covered with sturdy wire mesh guards).

But I ran into that when Brie and I started Turn key reviews.. there are very strict rules you must follow when your allowing the public to make negative comments on a company.. and as the site operator you have to remain neutral just like  trip advisors or other sites that allow reviews.. public can say what they want but the site it self has to remain out of the picture for liability purposes. 

I’ll have to make a trip back to see what all has changed there

That being said, I've decided to add a few trips (Upstate NY, PA) to my weekend calendar over the course of the next 4 weeks, to get a sense what these markets have to offer. 

( median income, crime rate, latest Development  )- I usually farm an area I'm knowledgable about and if I venture into new area's homework is done and multiple trips are taken,3.

Some have the train and others have great access to the NJ transit bus lines.
