Drug Dealer Interference with Neighborhood Flip

Hi BP,

I'm looking to get a little advice on a "potential" issue that I am encountering during my flip. I have a SFH in north miami that I am currently flipping with my partner and we have been encountering a little bit of head ache with regards to a few guys standing on the nearby corner dealing drugs.

Now we knew this going into the deal however since we've been flipping in these areas and our house is the only vacant one on the block we figured that we would try to rehab it regardless and push these guys out of the area since they don't usually like to take up space in front a renovated/occupied property.

Now that we've started the renovation process I am getting a little push back from some of my contractors about working there due to these guys being and I'm starting to research other ways to perhaps motivate/facilitate them into moving from our specific corner.

Any advice or experience that you guys have would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!
