My attic space has high ceilings, so finishing that out for a master suite or loft/rec area could be an option as the the project timeline & budget develop.

Of course if we had known about a lot of this stuff up front we would have approached the whole project differently and the timeline would have been closer to 3-4 week from the start rather than the 5-6 weeks we're at now.Anyway...I figured I was long over due for an update on this...since I promised to chronicle how this BRRRR was going. 

You can pick and choose specific timelines to "prove" any theory you want to.
