Especially on BiggerPockets, trying to connect with people in my area and they only create a profile and never go on it or attend webinars or posted in forums, etc. how do others connect with great people and create partnerships by using bigger pockets any suggestions, ideas and advice.

I was looking at the profiles of inspectors at Amerispec and they have a couple of former contractors.

I am a retired Marine after 28 years of active duty, and have since worked as a contractor and now as a Federal government civilian for the past seven years.My profile provides a little more detail, so here I'll just reiterate that I'm a real estate investing newbie with a goal to start slow and sure, and then grow moderately.

They type a keyword in Google and then a forum post for Bigger Pockets shows on position 1 or 2 on the 1st page of Google.They click on the forum post from the link, click on my profile and see 8,000 posts or so and see the content.
