connecting with serious people
- its hard connecting with investors, wholesalers, or people who are really serious about investing in my area. how do i weed out the goldfish from the Sharks? Especially on BiggerPockets, trying to connect with people in my area and they only create a profile and never go on it or attend webinars or posted in forums, etc. how do others connect with great people and create partnerships by using bigger pockets any suggestions, ideas and advice.
