While I may not have been able to buy a place at 19, I would have been able to go to real estate meet ups, maybe get my license and do some contracting work on the side doing something simple with low barrier to entry such as paint or flooring work

I do remember one quote from one the early podcasts one of them had said something along the lines of "to upgrade your life, upgrade your vocabulary" I don't remember the exact quote, but it stuck with me and I agree that understanding the vocabulary in real estate business is imperative.
