assignment fee paid by escrow at COE /non-disclosure to seller
Would I need to disclose to seller that I was being paid a fee from the end buyer if and the seller and the end buyer are the only principals named in escrow in an all cash transaction. In this transaction I would get $60,000 and I really would like to avoid the seller knowing this.
