I agree with @Jennifer Riccardi inventory is low, and expensive in Seacoast NH/Southern Maine, but there are still some deals to be found in the outskirts or up and coming towns.Bigger Pockets is a great resource, so keep listening to podcasts and reading the forums/blogs!
