What lending sources are reputable that will work with a new investor?

Did you ever find a reputable builder?

If a buyer develops a reputation for squeezing a broker/agent every time they try do a transaction most brokers/agents will avoid that buyer like the plague.On the commercial real estate side if a buyer mentions a rebate to me as a potential client I will not even work with them.

Downfalls are the building is old and rehab will be costly, a conditional use permit will be needed prior to construction of self storage, and the building is located in Aberdeen, WA which has also been called scaberdeen due to a reputation of low income housing and drugs.

I would suggest reaching out to brokers for recommendations and from there, weeding them down to a couple with good reputations.
