Hi Bigger pockets,

I am part of a syndication team and we are looking for great multifamily  property managers (experienced in the 20 to 150 units range) in the following markets:

  • Kansas city, MO
  • Tampa, FL
  • Charlotte, NC

Would you have any suggestions?

Thank you very much

You could also google apartment properties in the areas you are looking to invest and contact the property managers. Thats a good way to start the vetting process as you will be able to check out the website and online management systems they use, read tenant reviews as well as the property itself to see if its comparable to your assets.
