Has anyone ever had a note called by the lender if title was transferred to a LLC from an individual's name?

It is inside the city and has natural gas.With the answers so far I am motivated to leave the gas as is, and just swap out the panel.  

Also the main source of revenue for Zillow is from selling leads and zip codes to individual agents.

I believe with this view  investors can quickly evaluate a portfolio offering or individual deals with one simple glance.If you have or know of a similar template I would appreciate you sharing it , so we can all learn from it .

That makes me (as an investor) nervous.That said, you'll know far more about the individual bases and can probably assess the trajectory of what's going on in Columbus, MS. 

Setting aside any personal biases towards the product the only people who negatively impacted by the industry (from a RE perspective) are traditional tenants competing for industrial space who are repeatedly priced out of space.
