What are your thoughts  on walk-through  bedroom houses  as a  long time rental property  as young investor they are very common  in my area and would make a good  long term  rental by number, What are the pros  and cons .

Your PM didn't even post a 3-day Notice until the tenant was over 50 days late on their July rent and 20 days late on August rent.

We didn't plan on getting in to real estate, but before we could sell our first home we had close family who wanted to rent it from us!

I’d like to make the jump on my first rental property but have no idea how to get in the game.

It’s listed for sale on all the home sites(Trulia, har, Zillow etc) If anyone has time to go take a look at it and based off what you see in the pictures and give me thoughts and what they think something like that could be built for.

I have been able to find companies that will cover real estate portfolios on one policy in other markets but no luck in the Florida market.
