Hello I am 19 years old and trying to start wholesaling in Georgia.

I’m Lizzie, I live in the Bay Area and am sipping my toes into the real estate investing world - I have a friend in Seattle who is a successful wholesaler and suggested I look into it.

It's usually better to stick with one thing and work at becoming a world class expert at it. 

My primary residence has a unique feature in that it has come with a 20x40ft double-wide manufactured home in the backyard.Previous owner was using it as a shop but it has wood panel walls and beat to hell 50 year old carpet. 

So I consider myself a beginner.I have an opportunity where an old friend of the family, in his late 80s, had started to develop a 9 lot subdivision.

Don't just talk to the BofA's, Wells Fargos, Chases, etc. of the world.

Worked like a charm and did not drain my wallet ;<)).
