Contractors in the Seattle area (who specialize in MFG homes?)

My primary residence has a unique feature in that it has come with a 20x40ft double-wide manufactured home in the backyard.

Previous owner was using it as a shop but it has wood panel walls and beat to hell 50 year old carpet.  It essentially needs new guts but a majority of the bone structure seems good to go!

Looking to get some quotes from local handiman/contractors to get this thing back into using as a comfortable addition to our modest house and possibly renting out as an Airbnb.

Who's got recommendations/referrals in the greater Seattle area!?
