I think we as a society have gotten way too soft about defending your right.

I've got a checkbox for crazies like her, but alas, money is money (if you've got the stomach for dealing with garage sale of society).

If you want to dress like every other realtor, drive the same car every realtor drives and get lost amongst ever agent doing the exact same thing then maybe tattoos are not for you but the way I see it if you leverage it right you'll be fine and stand out to the rest of society that feels a bit like you right now. 

The dreaded "Due on Sale" clause in most modern mortgages is an acceleration clause.

However, our rental in the neighborhood still does well, as we did modern decor and market it toward all the millenials and city-folk who are heading out for short vacations.I would recommend you look first in Joshua Tree proper, preferably south of the highway (although there are good rentals that do well north of the highway).

There's a lot of competition for both, so we would likely theme it and modernize it.

I have a SFR in Tacoma and just got a notice from my insurance company (First American Insurance/American Modern) that they are not renewing the policy.

I would stick to a cosmetic fixer uppers and choose a more modern look as your finished product.

This thread is uplifting in a way, it is a message to leasing landlords that you are not alone in what you come to see in society when trying to find a reasonably sane, responsible and solvent tenant.
