I'll be attending a few MeetUps, a REIA meeting, and looking to meet as many people as possible.

Be sure to plug into your local BP community through meet-ups and investment groups.

It’s a good place to meet like minded people that are starting out like yourself but if you want to mingle w experience investors you better off going to local meetups

I have a meeting with someone at the bank to look at my options.

Investor Meeting  3rd Thursday of the month at 7pm. 

Nothing like first hand experience and meet with local realtors, contractors and attend an RE meetup while you're there.There are good and bad areas to invest everywhere.
