Getting Started in Maryland

Hi Bigger Pockets community my name is Jullian and I am looking to get started with real estate in the southern Maryland area. To make a long story short; debt accumulated from college has left me in a bit of a bind as I’m living pay check to pay check trying to pay off the debt accumulated as a result of college. I currently work for Enterprise and believe that real estate can help me attain the financial freedom that I long for. I’m not looking for any handouts and I am a hard worker. I’m currently still in the educational process as far as real estate goes and I’m not quite sure which facet of real estate I want to start out with. However I just wanted to introduce myself to let you all know that you will be seeing much more of me on here. I am very optimistic about the future and Any advice is much appreciated.
