As you know already - marketing for seller-financed notes takes a great deal of time, patience, trial, and error.

There is an exact replica unit down the street higher (marketed well) and another listed for lower (marketed poorly) Both about $65 higher and lower.

Second, I'd like to know any specific marketing tactics and methods to screen potential renters.

I'm looking to connect with investors in this market to share ideas. 

Has anyone used an affiliate marketing strategy to refresh their property, create unique experiences and provide local products to their guests?

Mexico is by far the main market for the whole area and  one of the main agents in Puerto Vallarta, one of the main markets, recently told me that every American he knows who is a pro rehabber in the US who's done a rehab there has hated it and said they'd never do it again.Hope this helps.
