I am managing these myself in the short term to learn process(es) 1st hand, to ensure wants vs. needs in a PM to temper my expectations when I do eventually turnover to a professional PM.  

But I would have the access to the MA MLS also, that can be helpful in terms of wholesaling.

In terms of the building you are under contract on, is it brick or frame? 

Doubt it makes a noticeable change long term.
