I would like to learn about analyzing, purchasing and managing larger Multi Families and or Apartment complexes.Can anyone recommend any self learning books or courses...preferable audio format....that I can study to get my feet wet.Thanks in advance

I am investing in rural areas of western NC and there are not many cookie cutter homes/developments so the 200K selling prices is based on a larger search area.

I boarded up the home and fenced off the lot for safety, but made no other improvements to the land.The strategy and patience paid off last month with a sale to a developer who also purchased a larger, adjoining piece of land.My cost for the property, including taxes and other holding costs was a total of just under 70K.

Here is the latest example of a neighborhood of local residence protesting in front of a 6 thousand square feet hour house that just had $350,000 in renovations three years ago and will be town down for a larger home to be built.

The University itself has really expanded and upgraded on-campus housing in addition to larger developers coming in and building just a ridiculous amount.
