Tricky though that you don't want to start off by having a neighbor that may be poised to be difficult.If the fence and she are not permitted (can you do a look up in the public records) then the municipality likely will frown upon it and make him remove it or get it permitted, but then since the survey shows this to be 3ft over they may say he has to remove it.How about taking to the seller to have them cure this prior to closing?
